Build & Materials Pure Steel Groups: Each group is made of AISI 316L stainless steel and weighs 17.6 lb (8 kg), providing exceptional thermal inertia.

Boilers & Portafilters: * Boilers: AISI 316L stainless steel.

Portafilters: AISI 316 stainless steel.

Steam Wands: "Cold Touch" AISI 316L stainless steel wands that remain cool to the touch even during prolonged use.

Heating Architecture Multi-Boiler System: 4 points of temperature PID control for maximum precision.

Preheating Boiler: 0.264 US gal (1.0L) capacity with a 1.0 kW resistance. Heats water to 180°F - 185°F before it reaches the groups.

Group Boilers: Each group features a 0.132 US gal (0.5L) dedicated boiler (1.6 kW) for final temperature precision.

Steam Boiler: 2.11 US gal (8.0L) capacity with 3.85 kW resistance.

Dry Heating Elements: Includes a dry heating element above the portafilter to maintain temperature through the entire extraction.

Power & Amperage Independent Heating Legs: The steam boiler element features three independent legs controlled via the computer.

Programmable Amperage: Wattage draw is adjustable in-software; a 2-group model can be toggled between 25 amps and 40 amps (approx. 7.03 kW total power input).
